About Me
When I became a manager, there was no program to show me how to fit that role. I learned by watching both good and bad managers and by having experienced treatment by bad managers myself. Yet, it’s not very difficult managing well. It takes courage, understanding, communication, and a passion for wanting others to excel. It is not all about you and your career. If you think it is, you will develop a team that doesn’t like you, trust you, or admire you. My goal is to prevent you from experiencing that.
