		<description>What an interesting analogy about the monkey!  It is so true.  I&#039;ve seen friends take on other friends&#039; problems as if they were their own.  

I remember reading that when you are interrupted, even for a second or two, it can take 10-20 mins to get back to where you were.  If you count all the times you were interrupted during the course of a week, it is amazing how much time you waste.</description>
